The Edwin ENT. Board Members
The Edwin Entertainment Board was intentionally built to reflect the community we serve. As a BIPOC‑led nonprofit and strong advocates for creatives with disabilities, our board exists to ensure that every decision we make is grounded in representation, accessibility, and lived experience. We believe the film, media, and theatre industries should be open to everyone — especially those who have historically been excluded.
Our board brings together award‑winning artists, educators, social workers, engineers, and community leaders who understand the challenges facing BIPOC creatives, disabled storytellers, youth, and individuals navigating mental health barriers. Together, we work to:
- Educate and inspire young people who want to explore film and media
- Add value to the local theatre and creative industries through collaboration and community programming
- Support individuals living with mental illness, helping them build confidence, skills, and pathways toward their creative goals
- Create accessible opportunities for disabled and neurodivergent artists
- Champion diverse voices and ensure authentic representation in Colorado’s creative landscape
Each board member brings a unique strength to this mission — from award‑winning playwriting to social work, from engineering in the Arapahoe School District to nonprofit leadership, from Jon Sayles’ visionary founding role to the operational and strategic guidance of our Vice President.
Our board exists because our community deserves leadership that looks like them, understands them, and fights for them.
We are here to build a creative ecosystem where every voice has a place, every story has value, and every dream has room to grow.
